We're not rich CEOs throwing money around. We're not young kids looking to make a break. We're definitely not off-shore people looking for you to invest money so that we can send you millions in return. (Though if you have some spare millions sitting around, we'll take some.)

We are people that know two important things to have regarding the hosting industry: good customer support and reliability.

When it comes to our responses, they may be personal at times. While we all just love automated replies to support questions, we simply don't do it that way!

Now, you don't just put your files just anywhere, right? Of course not! That's why we make sure that our servers are not only provided by some of the best server hosts around, but that they're also on a good quality network.

We aren't running servers off of aDSL connections in our basements. No, we've got high quality providers where our servers are located. Level 3, Internap, AboveNet, and TW Telecom all provide our datacenter with high speed connectivity. That'll blow away any home run hosts!
